We designed and implemented a complete project-management system, built around the firm's real service lines – apostille, real estate conveyancing, wills, powers of attorney, business agreements, and mortgage & refinancing – each with its own statuses, stages, and lead flow.

We also built onboarding and offboarding for the owner and staff, plus a full internal wiki: tasks linked to instructions, so anyone can log in and immediately find what to do. Leads, clients, transactions, and deals now live in one place, trackable end to end.
